First you have to Set your camera to manual mode.
 Then you set the IOS to 100-to maintain the pictures quality and to keep the background dark.to do this you must then activate and Set the shutter speed to 15 or 30.The higher the shutter speed is , the more of the light graffiti will be recorded.
